Cigars from the Fernando León Family Reserve line were the stars of the show at an evening that was held at Ash Cigar, in Santo Domingo. La Aurora Cigars was the invited brand for the clients of the event to enjoy an exquisite smoke of our Fernando León cigars, as reported in the magazine ‘Cigarro Dominicano’ in its 268th issue.
At this event, attendees were also able to taste our E. León Jimenes 110 Aniversario rum. It is a drink that was especially created to pair perfectly with all cigar blends. We had been working on it for many years and finally we created the perfect drink to accompany the cigars: a super Premium rum with ten years of aging.
This evening, which was complimented by the music of Víctor Miltrov, was also attended by our brand ambassador, Libia Fernández. Attendees at the event, held at the end of August, were able to interact with her, in addition to delighting in the craftsmanship of our rolling master, Magdaleno Bonilla.

The cigar tasted by the attendees at this event, Fernando León Family Reserve, has a strength of 7.5 out of 10. Its blend is made up of tobaccos from Valle del Cibao (Dominican Republic) in the wrapper, binder and filler. It also has Brazilian tobacco in the filler. The cigar offers notes of spice and cedar with sweet honey aromas.
This is a very special blend created for Fernando León, his family and close friends. Don Fernando was an incredible connoisseur and passionate about the world of tobacco.
