La Aurora 120th Anniversary has received a 95-point rating from ‘Cigar and Spirits’ magazine. In its November/December issue, the publication awards this superb score to the toro format of our commemorative cigar.

The magazine’s experts highlight the hot chocolate and cashew nut flavours that, in their opinion, this cigar exudes from the very beginning. “The nutty flavour intensifies with a smoky, toasted honey finish”, they underline in their tasting note, in which they also highlight hints of black pepper that add a spicy touch to our La Aurora 120th Anniversary.

La Aurora 120th Anniversary has a “sublime” draw and burn

The magazine’s experts also applaud its draw and the burn, describing them as “sublime”. For all these reasons, they consider it “a more-than-worthy successor” to La Aurora 115th Anniversary, which ‘Cigar and Spirtis’ considered Cigar of the Year.

The La Aurora 120th Anniversary blend is a made of Dominican tobaccos: a beautiful Dominican Havana 92 wrapper over a binder of Olor del Valle del Cibao and a filler of tobaccos including Corojo, Olor del Valle del Cibao and Piloto Cubano from Valle del Cibao. The wrapper has been selected for its aromatic attributes and even burn.
