Our newly released La Aurora 120 Aniversario has received a score of 91 and a rating of “very good” in a review published in Blind Man’s Puff. “I really enjoyed this medium-bodied cigar,” notes one of the smoking panel members, John A., in the final summary. He also highlights its ever-changing “wonderful flavors,” from chocolate to woody notes.
Other experts in the magazine stress its diverse flavors, “incredible draw” and “perfect burn.” “I would smoke it every night and be a very happy man,” says one of them (Alan). Another of the publication’s smoking panel members, Mickey T., calls it an “excellent cigar with many flavors.” As an overall experience, they give it a score of 93.
Other aspects of the La Aurora 120 Aniversario in Robusto format (5 “x50) that stand out from the magazine are the way it burns (93 points); the second third (92 points) and the aroma (91 points).
La Aurora 120 Aniversario was presented for the first time at the Procigar 2023 festival in the Dominican Republic and at the PCA 2023 trade show held in July in Las Vegas (USA).
The blend has Dominican Habano 92 in the wrapper, a binder of Olor from the Cibao Valley (Dominican Republic), and Piloto Cubano from the Cibao Valley, Olor and Corojo in the filler.
This cigar is available in four vitolas: Robusto (5×50), Toro (5 ½ x 54), Gran Toro (6×58) and Churchill (7×47).
